Ferne McCann has wowed fans with her dramatic weight loss just months after giving birth.
The former TOWIE girl welcomed her daughter, Sunday, at the beginning of November and has been focused on her fitness journey – so much so that former castmate, Dan Osborne, has been singing her praises on his own Instagram account.
Uploading a side-by-side of Ferne’s physique, Dan wrote: “#motivationmonday Well done to team mate and good friend @fernemccann @fernutrition for her 30 Day Challenge progress. You are looking a million and should be so proud of yourself.”
Dan, a personal trainer and tattoo artist, often shares transformation pictures of his clients but felt his friend also deserved praise for her hard work.
His photo has garnered over 28,000 thousand likes from fans who are keen to compliment the reality TV star for her commitment to fitness.
“Your figure is amazing!” one wrote.
Another added: “Wow! Love your body.”
And fellow mums were quick to enquire about her workouts, commenting: “This is an amazing transformation! I had a baby 9 weeks ago and would love to know how Ferne got in shape and the plan she followed,” one wrote.
Her fans started pointing out her ‘tiny waist’ just weeks after giving birth to Sunday, but back in December many of those close to her were concerned that the new mum had lost weight too quickly as a result of stress.
One source told The Sun: “Ferne is being supported by all of her close friends… people are worried about her because she’s not been sleeping and she’s lost a lot of weight.
“Everyone is supporting her as best they can and they’re all rallying around her.”
But Ferne is keen to show that her toned body is the result of a consistent training plan, and healthy eating.
Since giving birth just three months ago, Ferne has shared her gym sessions with her 2 million Instagram followers, and recently launched Fernutrition in partnership with Herbalife and her fellow TOWIE alumni, Danielle Armstrong.
Despite her legions of fans commenting on her incredible post-baby body, Ferne has advised other new mothers to take it easy when it comes to working out.
In a recent video outlining her go-to moves, she wrote: “It’s important that you don’t ‘over do it’ after having a baby.
“My PT @elliehopelypt has been working on strengthening & conditioning my body since giving birth. Training twice a week for an hour.
“Do what works for you.”
