WORKOUT AT NIGHT: Many of you believe that working out near to the bedtime will hinder your sleep but luckily enough that’s not true. A survey conducted in 2013 by National Sleep Foundation found that 56-67 per cent of people who stayed active near to their bedtime received a good night sleep. Staying active throughout the day and working out at any time also gives the same benefit.
Working out at night also has several benefits including, you can sweat out your stress after a long tiring day, it’s easy to workout as you are not sleepy like you are in the morning and it also helps you to sleep better. You can practice yoga as a form of workout before you sleep. But don’t forget to keep a gap of 2 hours between the workout and your last meal.
